Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Donations Are Final

All donations made to Bharat Dharma Academy Limited are voluntary and non-refundable. As a registered not-for-profit charity, we rely on public support to further our spiritual, cultural, and community initiatives, including the construction of the Maa Maha Kali Temple in Sydney.

Once a donation is processed successfully, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded, except in cases outlined below.

2. Duplicate or Error Transactions

If you believe you have made a duplicate donation or donated by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof.

We will assess the request and, if approved, initiate a refund to the original payment method.

3. Unauthorized Transactions

If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account made in our name, please report it to your bank and notify us at info@bda.ai immediately. We will cooperate fully with relevant authorities.

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days. Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. International Donors

International donors are advised to ensure compliance with their country’s tax and foreign contribution laws before making a donation. We are not liable for currency fluctuations, international transaction fees, or legal implications.
